notice
Administration of property; without right.
If you are reading this you are a police officer who has been extended a courtesy to allow for an enquiry in relation to an unlawful trespass [cf. an indictable offence], or with regard to the provision of aid and assistance in relation to an emergency.
To the extent New South Wales Police in the employ of the crown are trained to be more observant of the written law; than of the due process afforded by the course of the common law; i do not believe i have done wrong. If however there is a claim for harm, injury or loss in relation to my actions or in-actions; i require said claim be made known so that i may compensate you, or said man, or said woman, or require to be let alone.
If however, you do so choose without right to coerce i beyond said enquiry and/or the need of aid and assistance [cf. constructive trespass]. i will file a concurrent claim for trespass: said trespass; the wrongful administration of i, and property; without right. Whereby the issuance of an order to accompany said claim will be made for just compensation commensurate with the harm caused by the burden of said trespass, due as a result.
i, say here and will verify in open court, that all herein be true.
